HOUSE OF BERGISCH has a small atelier near Amsterdam. It officially opened its doors in 2020. The fashion house processes ready-to-wear clothing for their own website and pop-up store. They also supply haute-couture evening and wedding creations, specially designed for the customer and handmade. We at HOUSE OF BERGISCH provide an internship that not many fashion companies offer: The world between haute couture and the ready-to-wear sector. Do you want to learn to develop in the field of embroidery, sewing techniques, social media content, webshop construction and sales? Then we are the right internship company for you!



When you do an internship at HOUSE OF BERGISCH you are part of a small, driven and enthusiastic team. You will mainly work one-on-one with the designer himself.


The HOUSE OF BERGISCH atelier is located near Amsterdam, in Zwanenburg.


  • Social media content + strategy

  • Atelier work, such as sewing technique, embroidery and drawing patterns

  • Developing artworks (for embroidery or RTW)

  • Thinking along in concept development

  • Assisting with photo shoots



  • Various internship in the field of a fashion atelier in the Haute Couture sector (demi-couture). Including supervision of the production process for a ready-to-wear line.

  • Entrepreneurial guidance.

  • We leave you free to think along with our development section.

  • Embroidery techniques and development in this (atelier) area.

  • Artwork development (necessary to create an embroidery or a tech pack/atelier briefing).

  • Personal growth in the fashion industry.


As an all-round design/atelier intern you work together with the designer on developing an entire couture and RTW collection. On a daily basis you are involved in a variety of activities in the field of design and atelier work. From creating an artwork to processing an order, it is a varied day on average.


  • HBO or MBO

  • Manage of Adobe Creative Cloud, Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

  • (Possibly) CLO3D software. 

  • Team player, independent and flexible Hands-on mentality and proactive

  • Organizational and accurate

  • No 9-5 mentality

  • Skilled with a sewing machine Handicraft skills.

  • Manage of Dutch and English language Passion and love for fashion with enthusiasm!
